सामग्री: २ पैकेट बिस्किट, तलने के लिए देसी घी, १/४-१/४ कप शक्कर, पानी और दूध, आधा कप मिल्क पाउडर, आधा टीस्पून इलायची पाउडर, थोड़े-से सिल्वर वर्क,
विधिः पैन में घी गरम करके बिस्किट को एक-एक करके तल लें. आंच से उतारकर ठंडा होने दें. फिर मिक्सी में डालकर पाउडर बना लें. शुगर सिरप बनाने के लिए शक्कर और पानी को मिलाकर एक तार की चाशनी बनाएं. दूध, मिल्क पाउडर, इलायची पाउडर और बिस्किट का पाउडर डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलाएं. मिक्सचर के एकसार होने पर आंच बंदकर दें. चिकनाई लगी थाली में मिक्सचर को फैलाएं. २ घंटे तक सेट होने के लिए रखें. सिल्वर वर्क लगाकर मनचाहे शेप में काट लें और सर्व करें.
