Eating it after meals is also better from a psychological point of view. We will take all purpose flour, cream, half cup milk, sugar, half teaspoon fennel powder, oil for frying. To prepare sweet powder batter, take a bowl and sieve whole wheat or whole wheat flour in it. Add sugar, fennel seeds and salt. Add water as required and make a thin batter till the sugar dissolves completely. To make puras, heat a little ghee in a non-stick pan on medium heat and spread a little by adding a ladleful of the flour mixture to it. Cook till the base turns golden brown on one side and flip and cook on the other side as well. Similarly cook the rest of the puras with the remaining batter. The puras are ready to be served. Once all the puras are cooked, take out one pura in a plate and garnish with chopped almonds and serve hot with rabdi. and enjoy!

विधिः मीठा पूड़ा बैटर तैयार करने के लिए एक कटोरा लें और उसमें साबुत गेहूं या साबुत आटे को छान लें. चीनी, सौंफ़ के बीज और नमक डालें। इसमें जरूरत के मुताबिक पानी डालें और चीनी के पूरी तरह घुलने तक पतला बैटर बना लें.पूड़े बनाने के लिए एक नॉन स्टिक पैन में मध्यम आंच पर थोड़ा सा घी गर्म करें और उसमें एक करछी आटे का घोल डालकर थोड़ा फैला लें. बेस को सुनहरा भूरा होने तक एक तरफ से पकाएं और पलट कर दूसरी तरफ से भी पकाएं। इसी तरह बचे हुए बैटर से बाकी पूड़े भी पका लीजिए.पूड़े परोसने के लिए तैयार हैं। एक बार जब सभी पूड़े पक जाएं, तो एक पूड़े को एक प्लेट में निकाल लें और कटे हुए बादाम से सजाएं और रबड़ी के साथ गरम-गरम सर्व करें. और आनंद लें!
