Ingredients

White salt – 1.5 tsp 

Oil – 4 tsp 


Noodles - 1 packet 

Garlic - as per taste 

Green chili - 2 

Ginger - 2 inches approx 

Onion - 2 

Cabbage - as per taste 

Carrot - as per taste 

Capsicum - 1 or as per taste 

Soya sauce – 2 tsp 

Red chili sauce - 1 tsp 

Green chili sauce - 1 tsp 

Tomato Sauce – 2 tsp 

White vinegar – 1 tsp 

Black pepper powder – ½ tsp 
Green onions - as per taste

Method

Boil 1.5 liters of water in a pan, then add salt (1 tsp) and 2 tsp oil. We use oil here so that the noodles do not stick together. Now add noodles to it. Do not cook it completely. It takes about 5 to 7 minutes. When it is cooked, take it out in a strainer and pour cold water over these noodles. Adding cold water will stop the cooking process of noodles. Put a pan on the gas, add 2 teaspoons of oil and add some chopped garlic, chopped green chilies, chopped ginger and chopped onions and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Increase the flame and add chopped cabbage and carrots. Cook for half a minute more so that their raw taste goes away. Finally add capsicum and mix. Now add soy sauce, red chili sauce, green chili sauce, tomato sauce, white vinegar, 1/2 tsp white salt and black pepper powder. Black pepper greatly enhances the taste of the dish, now mix it well and finally add noodles and mix again and serve hot.
