Green Chillies - 7-8, 
Garlic - 150 grams. 
Butter - 2 tbsp, 
Oil - 1 tbsp, 
Cumin - 1 tsp, 
Onion - 1 thin and cut lengthwise, 


Capsicum - 1/3 cup cut lengthwise, 
Tomato - 1/3 cup cut lengthwise, 
Cabbage - 1/3rd grated, 
Potato - 1 boiled and chopped, 
Green Peas - 1/4 cup boiled. 
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp, 
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 tsp,
 Coriander powder - 1 tsp, 
Pavbhaji masala - 1/2 tbsp, 



Salt - as per taste, 
garlic paste - 8-10 tbsp.
Basmati rice - 1 cup (steamed with turmeric), 
Garam masala - 1 pinch, 
Kasoori methi - 1 tsp, 
Fresh coriander - 1 handful chopped, 
Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
 
Make it like this 
 To prepare a red chilli-garlic paste, first grind all the ingredients with little water to a fine paste. • Now put oil and butter in a hot pan. Take cumin seeds. When the cumin turns golden brown, add capsicum, tomato, cabbage, potato and peas.• Then add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, pavbhaji masala, salt and prepared red chili-garlic paste and mix. • Add a little hot water and fry on high flame for two to three minutes. • Now mix rice, garam masala, kasoori fenugreek and lemon juice and cook for two to three minutes.
