Food Recipes Paneer Tikka
Paneer Tikka
Ingredients:
Paneer 300 grams,
Hang curd 100 grams,
Yellow chili 20 grams,
Turmeric powder 5 grams,
Crushed red chili 2 grams,
Roasted gram flour 1 tablespoon,
Onion chopped 1 gram,
Mustard seeds 1 gram,
Soya 1 gram,
Chopped coriander leaves 2 grams,
celery 1 gram,
mustard oil 1 tablespoon,
ginger and garlic paste 1 tablespoon,
salt as per taste.
Method:
Mix all the ingredients except paneer in a bowl and mix it well and after preparing it like a paste, put the paneer pieces in it and leave it for at least 1 hour. After an hour, take out the paneer pieces and cook them in the oven. Serve hot with mint sauce.
