Sabudana - 1/2 cup
Potato - 4 boiled and mashed
Green chili - 1 tsp finely chopped
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Rock salt - 1/2 tsp
Green coriander - 2 tbsp chopped,
Oil - for frying.
Make like this.
Soak sago in water for five to six hours. Turn it with a spoon every two hours. When the grains swell and become soft, drain the water and keep the sago aside. Mix sago, mashed potatoes, green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili powder and salt in a large bowl. Prepare its tikkis. Fry them in hot oil on medium heat till they turn golden brown. Serve the tikkis with green chutney.
