Mix well curd, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder and coriander powder in the bowl. Now heat oil in a pan, fry potatoes and take them out. In the same pan, temper cumin, mustard seeds, black pepper and cloves. Add onions and green chillies and fry till pink. Fry ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves. Mix curd solution and cook till it boils. Mix roasted potatoes in it and add some water. Cook for five to seven minutes. Add garam masala, kasoori methi, red-green chillies and coriander leaves. Curd potatoes are ready.
Curd - 2 cups,
Red chili powder - 2 tsp,
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp,
Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp,
Coriander powder - 1 tsp,
Salt - as per taste,
Oil - 2-3 tbsp,
Potato - 3-4 boiled and chopped

Curry leaves - 4-5,

Red and green chilies - 2-3 chopped,
Green coriander - a little.
