Cumin - 14 tsp,
Oil or butter - 2 tbsp,
Water - 3/4 cup,
Cream - 1 tbsp,
Dry spices (red chili powder, black salt, Chaat masala, garam masala, roasted cumin powder) - 1/2-1/2 tsp, turmeric powder, garam masala and red chili powder - 1/2-1/2 tsp, salt - as per taste. Make it like this Now heat oil in a pan and splutter asafoetida and cumin. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder. Immediately add tomato pulp and seeds and stir. Mix the remaining stuffing and garam masala and cook while stirring for three to four minutes. Add some water to it and add the stuffed tomatoes and let it cook for ten minutes on low flame. When the gravy becomes thick, add cream and green coriander and serve with paratha.
