The same gets ready by making delicious snacks in less effort. So let's learn how to make this Indo Chinese dish. To make Chilli Paneer, you need 250 grams of paneer, oil for frying. All purpose flour one to two spoons, corn flour two spoons, salt as per taste, two green chillies finely chopped. Take four to five cloves of garlic, along with ginger, chop finely. One onion, one capsicum. Tomato, soy soy one spoon. Red chili sauce one spoon, tomato sauce two spoons, white vinegar and oil. To make Chilli Paneer, cut the paneer into pieces. Make a thick batter of all purpose flour and cornflour in a bowl. Add salt to taste. Heat oil in a pan. Dip paneer in flour batter and fry till golden brown. And you can serve this snack hot.

Salt - 1/4 tsp,

Chili Paneer Recipe; To make Chilli Paneer, first take a chopping board. Cut paneer, onion and capsicum into small pieces. Wash capsicum in water and keep it aside. Finely chop ginger and green chillies in a small bowl. Put cottage cheese in a small bowl. Add cornflour, salt, ginger powder, vinegar and chili paste to it. Marinate for 10-15 minutes. After this, keep a pan on medium flame and heat oil in it. When the oil is well heated, put paneer pieces in it and fry till it becomes golden. Put a pan on medium heat and put some oil in it. Add garlic paste, chopped ginger and chopped green chillies and fry it. Add chopped capsicum to it, Fry for a minute and then add onions to it. After this add schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, green chili sauce and soya sauce. Add melted butter to it. Stirring well, cook for two to three minutes. Finally, add fried paneer cubes to this mixture and mix well. If you want to make more gravy, then add some extra water and let the sauce thicken. Now garnish with green onions and serve hot.
