Boneless chicken cut into pieces 300 grams,
Basmati 400 grams Water as required,
Mace powder 20 grams
Green cardamom 4.
Black cardamom 4.
Cloves 4,
Desi ghee 150 ml,
Chopped onion 50 grams
Ginger garlic paste 25 grams,
Salt as per taste,
Yellow Chili powder 2 grams
lemon juice 1 tablespoon,
saffron a little,
water as required,
a few drops of kevda,
curd 50 grams,
flour 50 grams,
butter according to requirement.
Method:
Wash the rice and cook it till at least 3/4 in water and keep it aside. Heat ghee in a pan, add all the spices and ginger garlic paste and fry. After adding curd and boneless chicken, fry for 4-5 minutes and cook by adding salt, yellow chili and water. For purdah, mix flour and butter together and knead like a dough. Now put a layer of rice and a layer of chicken curry in the handi and prepare the layers by adding saffron, kewra on top. Make bread made of flour and keep it and cook it. Serve hot. Gram.
