 Potato - 2 big size boiled and mashed 

Raw Banana - 4 boiled and mashed 

Paneer - 100 grams 

Sago flour - 1/2 cup 

Green or red chili powder - 1/2 - 1 tsp 

Black pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp, 

Rock salt - as per taste, 

Fresh mint or powder - little, 

Green coriander - little chopped, 

Oil - for frying.


Make it like this; 

Cut the paneer into one inch pieces. Mix salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients except oil and paneer in the bowl. Make balls. Spread one ball in the palm and close it by placing a piece of paneer in it. Fry the potato balls in hot oil till golden brown. Serve potato balls with green chutney.
